Ramadan Ration Program (RRP)

“(The righteous are those) who feed the poor, the orphan and the captive for the love of God, saying: ‘We feed you for the sake of God Alone; we seek from you neither reward nor thanks.” –  Quran, 76:8-9   In this auspicious & divine month of Ramadan, as we all embark on our personal spiritual journey via fasting, namaz, taraweeh & other nawafils, let us not forget our brothers and sisters in this Ramadan who silently need our help. The key objective of Ramadan Ration Program (RRP) is to provide food aid to poor and needy families who are deprived of eating thrice a day. With your Zakat/contributions, Alhamdulillah so far in the last 13 years approx. 20K Families were supported under this program, alhamdulillah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Feed the hungry, visit the sick and set free the captives." (Bukhari) Lets share our Zakat/Charity/Fitra/Fidya to the needy this Ramadan.  This year also, The Quran Foundation has come up with a plan to feed the poor (Daily Wage Earners, Orphans, Widows etc) during Ramadan 2024. It is our prime responsibility to utilize the collected funds Zakar/Fitra/Chairty) in a manner where it absolutely reaches to the needy, InshaAllah. With 0% administration Cost, we will take your 100% Zakat/Charity to the needy at their doorstep. The cost of a Ration pack this Ramadan is INR 3000/- ($35 approx)
